RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruiter (f/m/x) at Pimcore you will….

collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruit top talent for various positions, including Developers, Consultants, Sales Managers, and more.

utilize various sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, social media, and online job boards to identify and engage with candidates.

develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, markets, and industries.

continuously analyze and optimize recruitment measures for success by utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics
-
maintain open and transparent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
-
create a positive candidate journey by delivering a seamless experience, offering timely feedback, guidance, and support.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Completed high-school diploma (A-Levels), Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-
3-5 years, full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including experience with mid-to-senior level placements.

Highly skilled at building strong and enduring relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including candidates and internal teams.

Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly regarding international talent acquisition.
-
A collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with company objectives.

Fluency in both German and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

For this position we differentiate Junior, Expert, and Senior maturity levels. For a full-time position with "Expert" seniority level, we offer a starting salary of EUR 45,500 gross/year with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience. For Germany, we determine salaries based on local market conditions, your qualifications and experience and will always ensure that we provide a fair and attractive salary.
