RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Solution Partner Manager you will …

  • build a portfolio of active and productive partners by motivating and developing new & existing partners to promote and deliver Pimcore based solutions and services
  • ensure partner compliance by coordinating defined Pimcore Partner programs, certifications, onboardings / trainings and agreements
  • build, maintain and manage long-term and productive relationships with decision makers and senior management of current and prospective partners
  • proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing and structured basis including building a deep understanding of the partner organization, its network, strengths and opportunities.
  • coordinate the involvement of Pimcore colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Service & Support, Product Management, Development and Executive Team in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • identify new business opportunities through engagement with our partners
  • ensure high partner satisfaction that meet Pimcore’s defined partnership standards
  • enable Pimcore Partners Teams by delivering expertise to the teams
  • participate in events, fairs, tradeshows and webinars

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master or Bachelor degree in business management, sales management or a comparable course of study
  • At least 2-3 years experience in IT Business development, Key Account Management or managing partner relationships (ideal: in IT, software, tech)
  • Solid domain understanding & knowledge of MDM, PIM, DAM, CMS, DXP, eCommerce + SaaS
  • High affinity for digital products and software
  • Teamplayer
  • Highly Communicative
  • Analytical thinking
  • Problem-solving skills

For this position, we differentiate Junior, Expert, and Senior maturity levels. For a full-time position with “Senior” seniority level we offer a starting salary of EUR 70,000 gross/year with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
