Before the relaunch of the website, everything at Kowo was about classic office work. Calling or visiting tenants, answering inquiries, etc. A very complex thing to do. In addition to that, the website was technically outdated and offered little service. The high level of bureaucracy was timeconsuming and exhausting for the consumer.

The relaunch has turned the tide. Much of the administrative work can now be done via a smart app. Tenants make their inquiries quickly and comfortably from the sofa, and many questions are answered by the new, comprehensive online information service provided by Kowo.

We realized the tenant portal with a progressive web app (PWA). An exciting project because the PWA was a completely new variant for merging responsive websites and apps. To make the apartment finder a little bit more intelligent than a classic search, we have implemented several extensions. Tenants can filter their apartment search according to price, location, and apartment size and thus receive tailor-made hits.
