Donald Andersen is a seasoned technology leader with over 27 years of experience in systems architecture, performance tuning, software design & implementation, and enterprise resource planning solutions. Currently serving as Senior Systems Architect at Cascade Orthopedic Supply, he oversees a comprehensive technology stack including Epicor’s Prophet 21, Shopware, Pimcore, Salesforce, SiSense and PowerBI, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all business systems.

Throughout his career, Donald has demonstrated expertise in systems performance optimization, having served as a Systems Performance Engineer at Superion Inc. for five years, where he focused on enhancing system efficiencies and reliability. Prior to that role, Donald spent five years as a Systems Design and Installation Consultant with Fidelity Information Systems, specializing in custom implementations and technical architecture.

Donald developed a strong foundation in not-for-profit enterprise software solutions during his decade-long tenure as Senior Software Consultant at Sungard Data Systems, where he developed expertise in complex fund accounting application environments dedicated to Cities, Counties, School Districts and Universities.

With nearly three decades of experience spanning multiple industries and technology platforms, Donald brings a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to complex systems integration challenges.
