With success comes change

Lucion has transformed from a single UK based environmental company to an international business providing dozens of services to thousands of clients, but this was not well communicated by their online presence. As an ambitious group, Lucion needed a highly flexible system that would allow for an evolving online presence as success, and change continued and accelerated. The online sales process was to be invigorated with a CRM integration and updated sales pipeline. Recruitment and the employer brand were now becoming increasingly important and sophisticated across the organisation - meaning an applicant tracking software integration was in the mix as well.

Switching to a platform fit for enterprise

After consulting with Elegant Digital and designers Awesome Creative, the Pimcore DXP/CMS was selected and Pimcore partner Kurzor joined the team. Lucion’s suite of sites got a full refresh and migration, eliminating years of technical debt. Content was audited and dynamic new service pages created using the flexible templates created within Pimcore, in addition we made use of the data elements to create a database of relevant case studies, locations and staff.

Development went to plan and the sites are receiving steady traffic with improved audience metrics - each of the new properties is seeing improved time on site and better quality leads submitted week by week. The case study implementation allows content to be shared between sites effectively. Importantly, as Lucion Group continues to grow, adding new sites and restructuring the different services is a streamlined process.
