RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Certified Accountant (m/f/x) and part of our Finance Team, you will…

Take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations after your onboarding period.
Support the preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements.
Prepare reports for regulatory filings, including VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and ZM (EC Sales Lists).
Prepare and monitor payment runs, ensuring timely execution.
Create reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle intercompany invoicing between group entities.
Perform preparatory work related to payroll accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

Completed qualification as a Certified Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter:in (Germany).
At least two years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within a tax advisory firm.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, preferably under the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Confident user of Excel, particularly for data analysis and preparation.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English.
High willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment.
Excellent numerical understanding, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.
