Confortluxe’s ERP held core product data, but marketing and sales teams still depended on spreadsheets, manual exports, and ad hoc asset storage to prepare catalogues and online content. This made it hard to keep specifications, images, and translations consistent across dealers and markets, and delayed the launch of new or updated sofa models. The company needed a future-proof way to centralize product information and support a more compelling digital experience for its B2B network.

Pimcore as the smart layer between ERP and dealers

Studio Emma implemented Pimcore as a central product data and content platform on top of Confortluxe’s existing SAP ERP. Core product data is imported from ERP and subsequently enriched in Pimcore with marketing descriptions, detailed technical attributes, high quality imagery, and multiple language variants. This enriched product information is then reused consistently across the website, dealer tools, and other digital channels. By combining Pimcore’s PIM, DAM, and CMS capabilities, Confortluxe now works with a single, reliable source of truth for sofas and collections, reducing errors and manual work while providing dealers with a fast, visually rich, and always up to date online catalogue that supports both sales and brand presentation.
