By developing a new reporting portal that combines the need for customized reports with a user-friendly interface and intuitive functionality, all presented in an appealing and straightforward design, we create real value for users. Market-leading business intelligence tools like Pimcore CMS help us create an interface that we equip with our proprietary report generator, the “Reporting Assistant.” With this report generator, users can not only create customized reports on their funds and then filter and compare them, but the dashboard feature also enables interactive analysis in the client area. In this way, we simplify the use, communication, and access to sensitive data for both clients and employees.

The reporting portal, developed from the ground up, securely manages complex data sets, visualizes them in a modern user interface, and ensures a holistic customer experience. As a result, institutional users enjoy a comprehensive user journey, receive all relevant comparative information on the investment products they need in their preferred format, and can communicate with staff members as needed. The portal is very popular among LBBW AM’s clients, and we continue to optimize it and expand it with necessary functions and features. Since 2022, it has been developed iteratively as part of an agile Scrum project, which allows us to specifically incorporate client requests and requirements into the development process and implement them in upcoming portal versions through regular iterations.
