Biogena needed a future-ready eCommerce solution that could serve diverse customer segments across various countries and roles. The result is a high-performance digital environment built for agility, precision, and growth – launched successfully in 2024.
Just two months after go-live, Biogena’s new platform delivered a clear boost in digital performance. Faster load times and a significantly improved frontend response translated into smoother interactions and stronger usability across all devices. The role-based user journeys – with tailored checkouts and dynamic pricing – resonated well with customers, leading to a notable increase in registrations and engagement. Conversion metrics also showed measurable improvements, driven by personalized content, streamlined navigation, and the system’s ability to adapt to distinct user roles.
