Solution – A Centralized Digital Platform Powered by Pimcore

The project began with a strategic requirements workshop to define objectives and analyze the needs of the different target groups. Based on these insights, internal processes were reviewed and restructured to enable more efficient digital workflows and streamlined content management.The new website architecture and content structure provided by the client were then implemented technically and aligned with the requirements of both B2C and B2B audiences.To meet the project’s functional requirements, the platform was implemented using Pimcore. The solution includes flexible content components, multilingual capabilities currently supporting six language and country combinations, centralized management of product information and dealers, as well as features such as a global store locator, news section, and structured approval workflows.
