The key challenge was consolidating scattered product information that existed across analog catalogs, archives, and outdated systems. While the previous website featured individual product pages, the complete data foundation existed solely offline. The goal was to create a central and reliable source for all product information and to transform the fragmented structure into a holistic, future-ready system.
Another critical aspect was the complete restructuring of the site’s navigation. Our strategy and UX teams developed a brand-new sitemap—reimagined from the ground up and precisely tailored to Vordermaier’s needs.
