Supplier Onboarding

Supplier onboarding is often underestimated complexity. A new supplier brings master data, product data, terms, certificates, and technical specifications that all need to be integrated into internal systems. Without a structured process, weeks pass before a new supplier is productive, or data gaps appear that cause problems later.

The process spans several phases. Master data capture with validation against external databases (VAT ID, sanctions lists), product data import in standardized formats, compliance certificates, definition of interfaces for ongoing data flows, test deliveries, and approval workflows.
