RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Human Resources Generalist (f/m/x) at Pimcore Germany, you will…

Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Act as the main contact for employees in Germany and handle all HR-related administrative tasks.
Maintain Data within existing HR tools and employment contract management.
Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation in line with German labor and data protection laws.
Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement and a positive work culture.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes that make Pimcore an even better place to work.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field / equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Germany.
Good knowledge of general HR processes and German labor law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
Organizational talent paired with the drive to challenge and improve the status quo.
