🚀 Your Mission
As an HR Generalist (f/m/x), you will:

Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes that make Pimcore an even better place to work

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters

(Data) maintenance within existing HR tools and employment contract management

Support labor law-related topics and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies

Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement and a positive work culture
🧠 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field / equivalent practical experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Austria

Knowledge of Austrian labor law, as well as experience working with collective agreements

Excellent communication skills, with a passion for working with candidates and employees in both national and international environments

Organizational talent paired with the drive to challenge and improve the status quo

Absolute trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive data and information
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English

💰 Salary
For this position we differentiate between Junior, Expert, and Senior seniority levels.
For Expert level, the minimum salary starts at EUR 55,500 gross per year (full-time) with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
We offer a competitive salary package, to be discussed and defined together during the interview process, according to your experience and qualifications.
