RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Generalist and part of the People and Culture team, ...

Take full ownership of HR projects related to system and process optimization (continuous improvement across the entire employee lifecycle)
Independently coordinate payroll preparation and manage processes in collaboration with external providers
Implement collective agreement changes and support regular salary review rounds
Prepare and manage employment contracts, agreements, references, and other HR-related legal documents
Maintain time tracking systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
Advise and support the management team on all HR and labor law-related matters

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective agreements; knowledge of German labor law is a plus
Solid experience in payroll preparation and understanding of Austrian tax/social security law
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
