RESPONSIBILITIES

During your Internship in Business Development & Strategic Growth, you will…

Support and manage trade fair, event, and sales campaign activities—including preparation and follow-up.
Optimize existing processes to hit key KPIs; create clear reports that show actions, results, and next steps.
Develop new communication & customer experience approaches for external stakeholders.
Contribute flexibly across marketing, CRM, and sales—focus where your impact is highest.
Analyze market trends and competitive moves to spot strategic opportunities early.
Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and entrepreneurs—ship projects together as a team.
Engage with customers to collect insights and feedback that improve our portfolio.
Grow your skills and shape your learning path around your studies.

REQUIREMENTS

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

First experience in business development, project management, or sales (e.g., internships, student orgs).
Strong hands-on mentality—take ownership, embrace feedback, iterate fast.
High affinity for project management, entrepreneurial agility, and platform business models.
Excellent communication skills—German & English, written and spoken.
Analytical strength, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

📌 Important: The internship should last at least 3 months to ensure a meaningful learning experience.

Experience running campaigns, events, or CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce); confidence with spreadsheets & dashboards.
Exposure to enterprise software sales/consulting.
