Solution

The new platform is based on Pimcore and combines the PIM, DAM, CMS, and Coreshop modules into a powerful overall solution. This allows all product and course data to be managed centrally, linked to digital assets, and presented dynamically.
At the heart of the platform is an integrated web shop for training courses and publications, as well as flexible pricing that takes individual discounts – for members, for example – into account. Payments are processed seamlessly via established online payment providers such as credit card, invoice, or Twint. The system is complemented by automated email workflows for booking confirmations, course materials, and targeted follow-up campaigns. Thanks to central asset management (DAM) for course materials, media, and publications, AI-supported search functions and context-related recommendations enable a personalized user experience in the shop and knowledge area.
