Case Study: Hoper - Impression #1

Case Study: Ticket Sale Platform for Passenger Transport Company

Hoper revolutionizes bus transport by offering door-to-door pickups and drop-offs in big cities and small towns. This approach avoids the journey to the bus or train station, any transfers and delays.

Hoper provides innovative transport solutions, ensuring passengers are collected and delivered right to their chosen spots, such as their home, hotel, boarding house, rehabilitation center, office, or other specific locations. Tandemite created the visual identification and designed the website, ensuring easy and efficient service access for all their travel needs.

Customer Key Facts

Direct Connections

Engaging website for innovative transport services

The client aimed for a modern and straightforward website to promote their transport solutions, where passengers could easily find and select routes, among other options, and complete their purchases online. Developing a compelling visual identity and clear communication was crucial. The platform's messaging should be consistent with their offer, showcasing the key features, benefits, and what makes their minivan services unique to both attract and inform potential users (without the need for direct human interaction in the booking process).

From design to deployment: Tandemite's comprehensive project for Hoper

Tandemite developed a comprehensive project for Hoper, from designing the brand's visual identity, through extensive UX and UI work, to the complete implementation of the system based on Pimcore CMS. The main element of this platform is an advanced bus connection search engine integrated with another client's system. After purchasing a ticket or service, the customer can check the details of the booking and manage the ticket (he can return it, change the date of travel or passenger data, and download the ticket). It's a straightforward process for the customer: just log in to the user panel or enter the ticket number. The site also contains rich informational content. An exciting element is an interactive map, presenting routes and the area in which passengers can order pick-up from the indicated address. The user can find his town on the map or enter the specified address in the search engine. Thanks to that, he will quickly discover his possibilities.

Seamless journeys await

The implementation of the project has achieved its goals. The client gained a professional website that meets the expectations of modern passengers. The user can conveniently find the right bus connection, book and purchase the ticket with additional options such as discounts, luggage, and special services. It is also possible to order a parcel shipment using the new system. The whole process takes place online without the need to contact the driver or hotline. The ticket is sent by text message or e-mail, ready to be shown at the ticket inspection. The site also contains the FAQ sections and subpages with information about special offers. It is managed from the Pimcore admin panel. A safe and convenient process combined with an extensive information section encourages users to purchase the service.
