Leasys was earlier using a single website for the Italian market. But the existing website was lacking the required flexibility to resolve the growing content management challenges. Their CMS was not very adaptable to the desired updates.
The major challenge was internationalization (in multiple languages and multiple countries) of their website because the existing content management system was demanding huge resource allocation and manual efforts in replicating and updating different websites with the same multimedia elements.

The transition of the Leasys website to Pimcore has allowed the client to complete the internationalization path as they intended. The website was rolled out in six countries and 7 languages. For all the 7 published country sites, a single PIM database was used where all marketing data is collected.
The use of the corresponding API has guaranteed a very high degree of flexibility and accessibility for the management of website and application content.
It has also made it easier to deliver content and services in multichannel and multi-device mode and to integrate the desired information into third-party applications, mobile applications, etc.
Through the differentiation of roles and the central management of the system, everyone has full control of the actions performed by all the enabled users.

It now provides full flexibility to release a new country website immediately. It gives full control of the versioning of all the website content, including multimedia. Now, any changes required in the CMS can be made easily, and the updates now get replicated instantly.
