Being a multi-format retailer, the client wanted to upgrade their e-commerce platform with latest features to deliver a seamless shopping experience to its customer. They primary wanted to deliver a customer engaging, highly scalable, available, flexible and easy to manage Omni channel solution.
Spencer's partnered with Embitel to build an efficient solution to make their vision of offering a memorable shopping experience to their customer, a reality, along with a platform that can scale to the business needs, stable and easy to manage. Embitel’s team of ecommerce experts, with over 11 years of experience, took charge of the re-platforming their online store.
Embitel designed a solution using Pimcore and Magento 2.x with a responsive storefront, Android and iOS native app for consumers and progressive web app for the delivery staff.
