Case Study: Flawless Product Information Management for TM Technologie

After gaining a thorough understanding of TM Technologie's requirements, we initiated a pre-implementation analysis. Once the customer approved the estimated costs, we swiftly transitioned into the implementation phase. The development process spanned approximately six months, during which we executed numerous sprints, iterating with each subsequent version presented in the demos. The product model evolved and improved with every iteration, ultimately resulting in an optimal solution that fully satisfied the customer's expectations. Upon completing the product development, our focus shifted towards integrating it with TM Technologie's existing systems such as Infor, M3, ETIM, and others. Additionally, we embarked on developing additional functionalities as per the customer's requests, including a PDF catalog sheet generator and robust import and export capabilities. In the final stage, we meticulously populated the system with data and conducted training sessions for TM Technologie.
