YOUR TASKS

As a Senior HR Generalist and part of the People and Culture team, ...

you are responsible for the implementation and optimization of HR projects in the area of the system and process landscape (continuous improvement of all HR lifecycle processes), you independently set up and manage the payroll processes in cooperation with external service providers, you are responsible for the implementation of collective agreement adjustments and the implementation of regular salary rounds, you are responsible for interface management with internal departments, authorities and external partners, you create and manage employment contracts, supplementary agreements, references and other employment law documents, you independently manage the entire HR administration across the entire employee life cycle - from joining to leaving, you manage the entire recruiting process from requirements analysis to successful recruitment, you manage the time recording systems and maintain employee data, you advise and support the management team on all HR-related and employment law issues.

PREREQUISITES

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a dynamically growing company
  
  
• Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in dealing with collective agreements; knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
  
  
• Sound experience in preparatory payroll accounting and tax law
  
  
• Organizational talent Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working ("hands-on mentality")
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both orally and in writing
  
  
• A proactive, precise and meticulous way of working and enjoy developing and implementing modern HR structures
  
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
