The website's revamp aimed to boost its visual appeal while still resonating with longtime users. It was crucial to display course details in a clear and visually appealing way. The payment system also required an upgrade, supporting different payment options, like grants important for dentists' education. The redesign prioritized ease of use, with interfaces that are simple to navigate for administrators at any experience level.

Tandemite developed a comprehensive system using Pimcore CMS that facilitates management of training sessions, enabling users to easily discover courses, register, and manage payments. Key features include: 1. A user-friendly training search allowing filters by topic, location, and instructor. 2. An enhanced reservation system with waitlist management, ensuring users are automatically enrolled when spots become available. 3. A streamlined sign-up process tailored to gather essential participant information. 4. A multifaceted payment system catering to various transaction types, including specific paths for grant-based payments.
Thanks to various integrations Dental Day could automate and streamline core operations that were previously managed manually. This included the integration with Fakturownia for immediate invoicing, Paynow for payments, and Pathwright for centralized management of educational resources. Improved reservation management drastically simplified the process of course sign-ups. Dental Day’s customers also benefit from a notification system, capable of dispatching over 30 varieties of messages. The new course setup and product page design were simplified, enabling administrators to update course details effortlessly, keeping the platform dynamic and engaging.
