To deliver a user-friendly and effective shopping environment for a B2B wholesale company in decorative and constructive materials, Bifactory developed a whole new eCommerce platform for LF Group. Data from over 12,000 products and their variants are centrally managed thanks to the newly developed PIM system and integration with the ERP. Each unit can easily access and manage their product collections and page content via the PIM, DAM and CMS.

The developed B2B eCommerce environment is unique in its kind and fully integrated into the daily operations of unit managers. Thanks to the advanced Pimcore PIM system and the integration with the ERP, data of 12,000 products can be easily found using the search function and filters. From material specifications to brand or type. By centralizing and distributing information from the ERP and PIM system to the custom developed eCommerce frontends in Pimcore, clients get accurate product descriptions, price details, stock availability and delivery info. Once logged in to the system, orders are placed with the number of clicks minimized, taking any tailor-made contracts into account within the clients personal company profile. The asset management (DAM) and predefined content blocks help unit managers to quickly create original content pages for each location, making use of all available data company-wide.
