In other words: to convey the company's passion for bicycles through their online presence. And at the same time to fulfill the wishes of Simplon and its target groups. How was that accomplished? An emotional but clear design with well-structured product pages helps users navigate the site. Customers now have a better overview of all products and can make use of a convenient bike configurator. Thanks to recommendations and automatic adjustments, users can configure their dream bike in no time at all. Including the option to save these configurations in their customer account. Dealers can view the customer's configurations. Bikes can be ordered directly from the dealer or personalized together with the customer in the shop. Simplon benefits from easier and more efficient communication and collaboration between dealers and customers. The company's competencies are now clearly highlighted on the website.
