RESPONSIBILITIES

As Junior Deployment Engineer at Pimcore you will…

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining GitHub workflows for automation.
Support deployment activities and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless customer onboarding to Platform.sh.
Monitor and maintain application stability, security, and performance.
Work closely with senior engineers and development teams to integrate support strategies.
Document workflows and contribute to best practices for deployment management.
Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and reliability.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on processes.

REQUIREMENTS

At least one year of working experience in a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of GitHub workflows and CI/CD processes.
Some experience with cloud platforms, preferably Platform.sh or similar PaaS solutions.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively resolve issues.
Fluent in English.

For candidates with relevant professional experience, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 50,000 (full-time). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
