Getting There

By train

Travel to Salzburg central station. From there, public buses leave for the airport, journey time approx. 20–25 minutes) or a taxi (around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic). Buses depart frequently from the station to Salzburg Airport.

By plane

Fly directly to Salzburg Airport (SZG). The event takes place at Amadeus Terminal 2, just a short walk from the main terminal – follow the signs.

By car

Salzburg Airport is directly connected to the motorway network. Simply follow the signs to “Flughafen Salzburg”. Parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of the terminal.

Can I register for Pimcore Inspire 2026 onsite?

No, all registrations are handled online via our dedicated ticketing page. Make sure to secure your ticket in advance, especially if you want to benefit from early bird pricing and avoid capacity limits.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are generally non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person from your organization. If you need to change the attendee name, please contact us before April 1st so we can update the registration and badge.

How do I get to the event venue?

By air: Fly directly to Salzburg Airport (SZG). The event takes place at Amadeus Terminal 2, located on the airport site at Innsbrucker Bundesstraße 95, 5020 Salzburg. It’s just a short walk from the main terminal – follow the airport signs to “Amadeus Terminal 2”.

By train: Travel to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (central station). From there, take a public bus (e.g. line 2 towards the airport, journey time approx. 20–25 minutes) or a taxi (around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic). Buses depart frequently from the station to Salzburg Airport.

By car: Salzburg Airport is directly connected to the motorway network (A1, A8 and A10). Simply follow the signs to “Flughafen Salzburg” and then to “Amadeus Terminal 2”. Parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of the terminal.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Yes. We’ll provide a curated list of recommended hotels close to Salzburg Airport (SZG) – all within a short taxi or public transport ride from the venue.
You’ll find the full list, including links and booking information, on the registration page as soon as it’s available. We recommend booking early to secure rooms near the airport.

What language will the presentations be in?

The main language of the event is English. Individual discussions and side conversations may happen in German or other languages, depending on the participants.

Will you also serve vegan or vegetarian food?

Yes. We’ll provide a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary options. Please let us know about any specific dietary requirements when you register, so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an evening program?

Absolutely. After the last sessions land, we roll straight into the Hangar Party at the Amadeus Terminal – with food, drinks, music, and plenty of time to connect with the Pimcore crew and community in a relaxed atmosphere. No extra ticket required.
