As a Sales Assistant you will …

  • Conduct in-depth research on LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads and prospects within target industries.

  • Make calls to prospects to introduce Pimcore, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos as needed.

  • Utilize CRM tools to accurately record and maintain lead information and track sales activities.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in lead generation and qualification efforts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to partner managers/sales executives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; University degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.

  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive attitude.

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • A valid work permit for the US is a prerequisite for this position. (Non-US citizens: please attach the work permit to the application).
