Case Study: Translation with DeepL - via API directly from Pimcore
As a family-owned company with currently 3,600 employees at 25 locations, Hengst Filtration stands for innovative solutions in filtration and fluid management worldwide.
The entire website translated into several languages -instantly and in high quality. That was Hengst SE's wish at the start of the project. New languages can be added quickly and translated via API from DeepL. Internal links are retained and refer directly to the corresponding documents in the new language. Subsequent changes can be made easily per section or data object.

Customer Key Facts
Many languages - lot's of work? No!
Hengst SE wanted to adapt their website to the current market situation and make the information presented available in many languages. It quickly became clear that a manual translation, or even just a manual extraction of the information, was out of the question. Due to the size of the website and the wide range of input fields, e.g. in the data objects, this was not considered desireable. A solution was sought to trigger a translation directly from Pimcore, which can cover the entire page as well as smaller sections. This will be particularly important later on when the alterations are made, as the entire page should not always be translated again. It should also be possible to change linguistic subtleties in the target language without affecting other languages.
