At the first meeting, we understood that the client suffered from a lack of visibility for his business. He directly started his activity with the ERP Odoo and set up an e-commerce. And that’s it. Unfortunately, the Odoo ERP has its limits when it comes to visibility on the internet. Indeed, this is not the ideal tool to achieve ambitious SEO objectives and certainly not a powerful CMS tool. Therefore, in consultation with the client, we decided to set up a CMS and chose the Pimcore solution for its flexibility and scalability. We believe that the client will stop Odoo in a few months in favor of Pimcore and its PIM. Until then, the main challenge was to allow White Concept Store to present their creations, the physical store, the possible services and thereby increase the number of customers, the number of orders and physical store visits. Finally, this CMS site became their main gateway to e-commerce or the physical store. This new site plays the role of visibility.

We have set up a CMS platform via Pimcore to meet their needs to update their content easily and above all quickly and in a personalized way according to their needs. The implementation of Pimcore also allowed White Concept Store to present their services, to present the physical store in Nivelles. The promotion of the White Concept Store store and services via this new site has increased its customer base and store visits. It also increased its e-commerce sales, but to a lesser extent. Indeed, we believe that for this type of product, the best thing is for customers to visit the store in order to receive the right advice for their needs. In the future, we plan to redo their e-commerce thanks to Pimcore.
The White Concept Store team can now publish articles on their blog quickly, add projects to their portfolio as well as edit or add new services to meet the evolution of their business. These elements also improve their presence and their referencing at the web level without having to resort to requests via a specialized agency. It was one of the basic requests during the meeting with the client, we have achieved the goal! Apik continues to support them for their specific requests and for the evolution of their business so that they are always as up to date as possible. For the moment, this is limited to support, but it is planned to review the e-commerce part to use the PIM and the Pimcore e-commerce module.
