Forrester has listed Pimcore as a promising Product Information Management (PIM) vendor in its “Now Tech: Product Information Management, Q1 2020” report, placing it among 22 trusted PIM providers.

The report emphasizes how PIM solutions can improve enterprise customer experience, sales, time-to-market, and facilitate wide-ranging content-led digital transformation initiatives. It lays down a list of chosen vendors differing in functionality and size.  

The report segments the chosen vendors in three categories with regards to their PIM revenue. It begins with the large-sized providers (having a revenue of over $25 million), mid-sized providers (having revenue between $25 million to $10 million), and smaller providers (having a revenue lesser than $10 million).

It offers a percentage approximation of Pimcore’s existence across geographic locations of North America (NA), Latin America (LATAM), and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). As per the report, the three industry verticals where Pimcore PIM focuses are retail, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

On the whole, the report emphasizes on how investing in a PIM can be beneficial for enterprise needs and gives businesses a comparing ground to evaluate PIM vendors.
