Case Study: Franz Kraler - Impression #1

Case Study: Omnichannel Product Activation

A noble family that has changed the way people in Tyrol and other places think about luxury. Franz Kraler has made shopping an exclusive and social experience in boutiques surrounded by the Dolomites

The property wanted to put all of the product information into one digital container so that they could make an accurate product feed for their b2c and b2b commerce platforms. Jakala created a Pimcore solution to handle various types of data while keeping simple to use.

Challenge

How to create and maintain a huge catalog

Managing different digital sales channels (both business-to-business and business-to-consumer) can be really hard for a fashion store that sells more than one brand. This is especially true when you consider the size of the catalog, the depth of the range, and the rules that the Maisons of the luxury system set for how to present products.
Lösung

Making a consistent product feed

Jakala set up a PIM/DAM solution for Franz Kraler that lets them manage all product information (photos, videos, product sheets, prices, and language localizations) from a single point and create different product feeds for each sales channel they use now (commerce b2b and b2c) and for any future channels they might use (e.g., marketplace).
