MOODAH is a collaboration project between Telkom and Telkomsel Indonesia, the largest telco company in Indonesia. Its aim is to give the best internet connectivity experience to families. It combines both home connectivity and mobile phone subscription plans into the same package and billing. The digital portal provides an end to end journey from user registration, buying a new SIM card online, manage the user account, share a quota within the family, and buying add-on packages.
Business Needs
The client aimed to provide a combined, connected digital experience between home internet and mobile plan into a single billing to simplify the payment and control for the family.
