One of the main sales channels of intros, the website, was at the beginning of this project not only technically outdated, it was also lacking in terms of user navigation and content. Product presentations were not consistent, there was no central system to manage product data, and publishing new content was difficult because there were no consistent templates and it took deep technical knowledge to maintain the system.

Optimized User Guidance and Central Data Management

The new Pimcore website impresses with optimized user guidance and significantly easier content maintenance based on central and clear data management. The Pimcore backend manages product data, device application information, and customer testimonials centrally and via easy-to-maintain content modules, which can be output dynamically and, if required, derived into print media such as brochures and flyers. This option will save the company a lot of time and resources in the future. The dynamically scalable website based on modern cloud standards provides content with varying depth in German and English and has a multi-stage inquiry form to generate qualified leads. A chat function for direct customer interaction has also been integrated to relieve the support team. Current information and specialist articles are placed on the blog. To increase flexibility, data objects can be activated or deactivated based on the language.
