As the leading manufacturer for control solutions, their controllers and engines offer solutions to multiple applications and industries, all with different uses that require access to manuals and product specification sheets for configuration.
Supporting their sizeable customer base via outdated processes such as email updates was taking a toll on the efficiency of their sales team. Additionally, the sales team would have to provide all required information and documentation to clients through similar means. This resulted in a large amount of manual effort leading to increased costs and the team being overworked.

After consolidating all their data, Torq IT developed a Pimcore PIM structured site with a self-service frontend where Dynagen's many clients can directly access and navigate manuals, specification sheets, and configuration documentation needed to set up and customize their products.
The implemented solution also includes a permissions module that allows Dynagen to control access to files based on the given user's relationship with their business - some files are available to the public, and others are available solely to the vendors and clients.
