eye-oo is a company with a double soul: it is both a platform for online sales and "in-store testing" of glasses of all brands, and a company that offers digital services to optical stores.
The intent of eye-oo was to present itself on the market as a "platform" for the sale of luxury sunglasses and eyeglasses, which could offer opticians an innovative affiliate service, based on an omnichannel experience.

The aim is to become a reference in the online market but, thanks to a wide catalog and constantly updated technological solutions, also to promote a digital experience fort the relationship that customers have with the physical stores of the optical partners. To achieve these goals, Sintra proposed SOH, the Pimcore-based solution created to make sales flows more efficient, harmonizing and distributing information for omnichannel sales, and supporting companies in creating Phygital Experience processes.

The project was initially built from a "repository", realized through a flexible theme for optical brands. eye-oo, in fact, offers its services to affiliated stores throughout Italy: all eCommerce have SOH integrations - acronym for Sintra Omnichannel Hub - with Kering and Bludata and allows to centrally manage the catalog, stocks and dropshipping logic. The goods are not physically in a central warehouse, but are dynamically managed according to the orders received. The platform, thanks to cloud services, is very flexible and allows to adopt smart solutions that meet the needs of brands and opticians.
