Enabling sales and product demonstration in one place

LemonMind proposed a solution based on Pimcore as the new product required an effective solution for new market presence strategy. Since Pimcore is an extremely flexible system we decided to use its capabilities as an product information management system (PIM) and e-commerce platform. Additionally, we were sure that the intuitive content management system (CMS) would be suitable for everyday work. All these solutions are based on the community version, which is also open source. Pimcore allows us to create unique graphical interfaces for websites both in traditional technologies and headless.

Strengthening the brand image with an easy-to-use CMS system

After analyzing the possibilities, we proposed combining a shop with a website with extraordinary design where customers can learn about the advantages of the product. Using the capabilities offered by the Pimcore, information pages were besed on specially designed content blocks. This allows the client to independently and easily make changes, edit sub-pages and create landing pages for marketing campaigns. Thanks to an intuitive CMS, adding new subpages is quick and easy. The most important part of the implementation was the online shop. Nowadays it is extremely important to be present in search engines. This is why companies place great emphasis on SEO. Pimcore is able to meet these needs with a ready-made on-site SEO solution to optimize website for search engines. We have at our disposal mechanisms of optimization and editing of graphic resources, automatic generation of thumbnails adjusted to the device, the ability to use modern file formats or quick completion of metadata.

Facilitating purchase process for clients

The final result was a modern platform combining a product page and a shop that reflects the design and innovation of the slim curtain. The company gained an intuitive and easy to manage platform based on a flexible Pimcore system. At the same time, integrations with external systems make sales processes and logistics easier. To implement the online shop we used the e-commerce add-on for PIMCOR - Coreshop. This solution is very versatile and easy to work with for developers. At the same time, if necessary, we can add code and further extend the capabilities of Coreshop. In our case, the client wanted to integrate it with the platforms they use in their daily work. We used our own bundles that allowed for integration with logistics service platforms of courier companies (Geis, GLS) and payment operators (Przelewy24). Pimcore system was also integrated with ERP system to which orders are sent for further processing and organization of picking process and delivery to customer.
