GOLLMANN is active in over 20 countries worldwide and has been developing individual automation systems for pharmacies for more than 15 years.
The main focus of the project was on the user-centric revision and realignment of the corporate website for initially 16 countries. The core is the needs-based access within the interactive configurator, which paves the users' way to the highly individual GOLLMANN.

GOLLMANN picking machines for pharmacies are unique in the truest sense of the word. Due to the maximum flexibility of the GOLLMANN, every installation becomes an individual one-off. In planning, this means comprehensive configuration options that are easy for customers to understand and intuitive to use according to their requirements.

From requirement to GOLLMAN
The configurator supports the pharmacies in planning and being able to see their individual GOLLMANN in the basic requirements. The configuration is based on the limiting factors of the respective pharmacy: This is either about the space available for installation or the required storage size. Of course, other planning issues also play a role: Should the GOLLMANN stand freely in the room, touch individual walls, or be completely rebuilt? What extras like B. the fully automatic storage or the cooling module are required? And last but not least, of course, the aesthetic question of the freely selectable color or an attractive veneer. The new configurator guides interested parties in just a few steps from their respective needs to their individual GOLLMANN and thus supports sales in the further preparation of the offer and the planning of the system.

Intuitive to use for a win-win
Geared to the individual needs of the pharmacy, the GOLLMANN can be configured online in just a few steps. All input steps can be easily adjusted or fundamentally changed during configuration. Configurations are retrievable for a renewed visit or can be shared with third parties. On request, the configuration can also be sent to GOLLMANN sales for further non-binding advice. This makes the offer phase and planning more transparent for both sides and leads to the desired result more quickly - the individual GOLLMANN, which, as a new colleague, is also given an individual name in most pharmacies.
