It aimed to enhance data organization and use for nearly 7,000 products, facilitating better presentation across various sales channels, including e-commerce. The primary challenge was selecting an appropriate PIM system that would integrate with existing infrastructure. Implementing a Comprehensive Pimcore-Based PIM System
To address these challenges, the project was divided into four distinct stages: requirement analysis, tool selection, development, and implementation. We conducted thorough workshops with the client's team to identify their specific expectations regarding the PIM system. Following this, Pimcore was selected as the most suitable tool due to its robust capabilities in managing product information and its scalability. During the development phase, we implemented the Pimcore module and established integrations with ERP and Nielsen Brandbank. The system was adapted to meet the client's data model and user requirements. The implementation was followed by extensive training sessions for end users and system administrators to ensure they were equipped to leverage the new system effectively.
