The new website aims to present the brand principles as well as the solution and product portfolio to all the relevant target group segments. In summary, the whole corporate website relaunch was an exciting event for both parties, Lorch and us from the wob AG.

Brand principles and support for sales – all within a single digital platform
Our task was to create a strategic harmonization of the existing system landscape with a central experience platform. The sales department should gain access to segment specific information about end consumers as well as dealers in order to support sales department employees in their decision-making and sales activities.
In addition, a new and more supportive website should be created. The new website should help to convert contacts into leads with the help of targeted interactions at the right time.
Another important requirement was the development of a uniform structure for the extensive product portfolio and the transfer to a central PIM solution.

In the course of the relaunch, a new corporate design was developed and a digital system was created. The implementation of Pimcore enabled the creation of a uniform brand representation on different Lorch platforms which provides the entire product world with a unified structure.
In addition, an exclusive portal with a modern single sign-on authentication was set up for dealers. The portal was developed with complex role and rights functionalities which was enabled by the Customer Management Framework. This allows to provide all the essential information and services on a centralized platform.
The seamless integration of the flexible marketing automation system Evalanche makes it possible to convert website visitors into qualified leads. Thereby, the conversions obey DSGVO compliance regulations and inquiries are processed in a targeted manner.

Lorch's new website impresses particularly with its simple and intuitive maintainability of all page contents and product data – seamlessly and across languages and countries within one system.
