Case Study: An Appealing Careers Platform for Nature’s Pride
Nature's Pride is one of the largest importers of fruit and vegetables in Europe. They source more than 230 different fruits and vegetables from nearly 58 countries, from Ready-to-Eat and exotics to berries and off-season products.
The aim of Nature's Pride was to achieve a strong market positioning. To achieve this, it was necessary to take a closer look at the employer brand. In collaboration with ClubgeistBVH (who are specialists in employer branding), we developed a careers platform as an important part of the new employer brand.

You have probably eaten a ready-to-eat avocado from Nature's Pride once in your life. With more than 230 unique products from 58 countries you will find Nature's Pride’s products in just about every supermarket and catering facility. Known for the ready-to-eat avocado and founder Shawn Harris, the company has now grown to more than 500 employees and is the market leader in exotic fruit.
Every day, thousands of ready-to-eat exotics, berries and off-season products are processed. To guarantee the quality of Nature's Pride’s and to continue developing the company's ambitions, new talent is required. Besides recruiting candidates, the goal of the careers site was to position Nature's Pride as an employer, people really want to work for.
Solution
A PimCore CMS to tell the story of Nature's Pride
The foundation of the website is the PimCore Digital Experience Platform. With the help of a flexible set of content components, Nature's Pride content managers are able to build attractive pages themselves with which the story of Nature's Pride and its people can be told. The vacancies are entered in the ATS by the HR department and can be enriched via the CMS with additional content such as video, explanation of the application procedure and banners for open days. Recruiters can be linked to vacancies and are automatically shown as a contact person on the website.
Results
A great digital experience for future employees
Job seekers can now easily find, search and filter vacancies based on education, field and preferences. If they have any questions, they can easily contact the recruiter by telephone or Whatsapp. The application form is completed on the ATS environment, but this is not noticeable to the applicant because the experience and navigation is completely identical on both platforms.
Other KPIs, such as the number of applications, referrals and registrations for vacancy alerts, are immediately visible via the delivered analytics dashboard. Together we monitor whether determined goals are being achieved and we keep on adjusting strategy, UX and technology if necessary.
