Lots to do, but little time
The launch date of a new product brand was an ideal time for the client to relaunch its own website. We and the NEW WORK team had 3 months of project time to redesign and implement the corporate website based on the current brand guide. An ambitious deadline, considering the scope of the site at the time.
In order for this to work, both sides had to take a big leap of faith in each other. On the one hand NEW WORK SE, who trusted without a trial run that they had found the right partner in us for their time-critical project. And on the other hand, this meant that we had to be able to rely on receiving feedback from the customer in a timely and constructive manner and that agreements would be adhered to.
"Due to the launch of our new brand onlyfy, we had a very ambitious website relaunch ahead of us in terms of timing. Looking back, it was the right decision to implement this with LEANATIC. From day one, we experienced a team that communicated with us at eye level and advised us competently even on difficult issues."

Solution
Two companies - one project team
To create the right basis for this cooperation, we took the time we needed to get to know each other, despite the time pressure. In several workshops, we broke down the relaunch into detailed tasks and set up a precise schedule. This was to ensure that all project participants always had an overview and that we could react quickly if there were any problems.
In addition, criteria were defined together to help us deal with new requirements. Because new ideas and requirements were always brought into play by both sides and should not simply fall victim to time pressure. Was the requirement critical for the relaunch or not? Would it improve usability or simply be a nice-to-have? And of course there was also the question of effort.
This project framework helped us a lot to turn the classic client-agency relationship into a well-functioning project team.

Additional flexibility in content maintenance
In parallel to the basic redesign, the modules were optimised in terms of usability both for users in the frontend and for editors in the Pimcore admin. From changing the background colours per module to the possibility of uploading animated illustrations in the form of LottieFiles. The extensions allow editors to flexibly adapt each page to the content requirements.
In addition to the relaunch in the new design, the revision also brings another nice feature: a co-branding function for content on the product brands of NEW WORK SE. In order to retain the character of XING, Onlyfy, Kununu & Co in the NEW WORK world, we have developed our own style sheets for the brands, which can be easily assigned to individual pages. The contents adapt to the character of the product brands in terms of colour and individual details without causing a break in the NEW WORK design world.
