After working with NEW WORK SE on last year's website relaunch, this year's focus was on further developing the site. The company, which is committed to the goal of a fulfilling working life for all of us, naturally also wants to offer its own applicants a smooth experience.

Apply without a CV?
Their idea: CV-less applications that are specifically tailored to the job in question and only ask for relevant information. Applying with your smartphone? That should also work without any problems. To test whether this could work for both applicants and recruiters, an external tool was initially used. Applicants can be guided through the process step-by-step and apply to NEW WORK SE and its brands with just a few clicks. This idea received a positive response from both sides. The challenge: the external tool could not be integrated into the company's own website. This is where our team came into play again. Our task was to develop our own application tool in Pimcore and make the new application forms available wherever they were needed.
A versatile clickflow tool in Pimcore
To realize this requirement, we started with an extensive conception phase. In addition to selecting the functions to be implemented, the focus was on making the processes easy to maintain without losing flexibility. This meant that new editors should also be able to create their own application processes without extensive prior knowledge.
A flexible survey tool for customised application processes
We focus on a personalized approach through the clever use of variables. Depending on the applicants' responses, different process paths are opened up to optimize their experience. Special attention is paid to the secure transmission of application data, which is forwarded directly to the recruiters at Onlyfy. We have also integrated XING to further simplify the application process. Another innovation is the job-dependent design customization of each application route, which takes into account the respective branding of the NEW WORK SE brands. These measures have not only made the application process more efficient but have also enabled seamless integration into the NEW WORK SE brand world.
