The challenge of the Suzuki Austria website relaunch was to create a modern and appealing online experience for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. The challenge was to store and provide the information from the different departments in a structured way using Pimcore. Until now, Suzuki Austria had not used a PIM solution to manage cars, motorcycles, accessories, or equipment lists. It was also important to improve customer communication and marketing in order to enable a holistic overview of the customer and effective communication with them. With the Pimcore solution, all data is now centrally stored and can be used for different channels: website, configurator, and data sheets.

The configurator offers a wide range of options to create the perfect vehicle according to needs and desires. The platform has a modern look and a press portal to stay informed about the latest trends and developments. The new data management system ensures that the latest technical data, features, variants, and colors of cars are always available. Grouped results provide a quick overview of all available vehicles. Customer communication and the view of the customer and the customer relationship were also made more effective through CRM integration.
