The challenge was to store and provide the information from the different departments in a structured way using Pimcore. Until now, Suzuki Austria had not used a PIM solution to manage cars, motorcycles, accessories, or equipment lists. It was also important to improve customer communication and marketing in order to enable a holistic overview of the customer and effective communication with them. With the Pimcore solution, all data is now centrally stored and can be used for different channels: website, configurator, and data sheets.
